About This Manual
This is the Kingdom Collective's tenth Living Document — a plain-language reference to how the entire platform actually works, written for real people, not developers. Every other Living Document (the decision log, the white paper, the technical spec, the handbook) exists to serve a specific audience — engineers, partners, or platform governance. This one exists to serve members, visitors, and Moses — the AI assistant built into every page of the site.
This manual is the source of truth. When the platform changes, this manual is updated first — then the knowledge Moses draws from is updated to match it. Nothing in Moses's answers should ever contradict what's written here, and nothing should be written here that isn't true of the live platform.
If you're reading this because you're new to the Kingdom Collective, welcome — start with Section 2. If you're trying to figure out how a specific feature works, use the table of contents on the left. If you're Moses, or reading this to build what Moses knows: every section below is written to be quoted directly, without embellishment.
What Is The Kingdom Collective Marketplace
The Kingdom Impact Marketplace is a covenant-based community platform for Kingdom-aligned businesses, ministries, and entrepreneurs — live at marketplace.thekingdomcollectivelife.com. It is not a public e-commerce site anyone can shop anonymously. It is a closed community: every member has publicly declared their commitment to Kingdom values by signing the KC Covenant before gaining access to the Member Portal.
The problem it solves
Kingdom entrepreneurs — business owners, ministry leaders, and service providers who operate according to Kingdom values — have historically faced four problems this platform was built to solve:
Invisibility
Kingdom-aligned businesses have no trusted directory where believers can find and choose to support them.
No stewardship record
Faithful giving, service, and mentorship go undocumented and unrecognized.
No trust infrastructure
Anyone can claim to be "Kingdom-aligned" with no way to verify it.
No accountability
Community resource distributions typically have no auditable trail.
The four systems that solve it
- The Covenant — a public trust declaration every member signs before joining
- The Marketplace Directory — a public, searchable directory of verified Kingdom-aligned organizations
- KNG — a stewardship token, earned (not bought) through documented giving, service, and impact
- On-chain transparency — every KNG distribution is permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain
Who it's for
Three kinds of people make up the community:
Kingdom Entrepreneurs
Business owners and service providers, listed in the marketplace directory with a public org profile.
Ministry Leaders
Churches, nonprofits, and outreach organizations who document service and ministry impact through K-ROI reports.
Kingdom Consumers
Members who shop Kingdom-first, document their giving, and earn KNG for stewardship.
Why it's different
This platform is not built for volume — it is built for accountability. Every member has signed a covenant. Every KNG distribution is recorded on-chain with a structured memo. Every stewardship submission is reviewed by a real person before recognition. Community over commerce, stewardship over speculation, transparency over trust-in-individuals.
The Covenant
The Kingdom Collective Covenant (version 1.0) is the foundational document governing membership. It is not a contract or a terms of service — it is a relational, public commitment to Kingdom values, community accountability, and honest stewardship.
What you're agreeing to
- Conducting business and ministry activity consistent with Kingdom values
- Submitting honest stewardship records — no inflated or fabricated giving, service, or contribution claims
- Treating other members with dignity and respect
- Accepting admin review and moderation decisions
- Using the platform for community, not speculation
How to sign it
- Visit /covenant and read the charter
- Enter your name and email, and complete the Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA verification
- Click the verification link sent to your email — valid for 24 hours
- Complete onboarding: set your portal password and basic profile
- Sign in to the Member Portal — password plus a 6-digit email code, every session
Disposable or temporary email addresses are blocked at both the covenant-signing and onboarding stages — they cannot be used to join.
Once you're signed in, connecting a Phantom wallet earns you a 10 KNG welcome reward (admin-approved), and you can begin submitting stewardship records to earn more.
The Member Portal
The Member Portal at /portal is where every logged-in member manages their presence on the platform. Signing in requires two steps every time: your password, then a 6-digit code emailed to you (10-minute expiry). This can't be turned off — it's the community's baseline security standard. Sessions last 30 days and refresh automatically each time you visit; after 30 days of inactivity you're signed out.

Your Member ID (PID)
Every member has a unique Member ID in the format KNGA115D — used in your public profile URL (/member/<your-id>), on your Security page, and in your personal QR code. Your public profile page is safe to share widely — a business-card-style page showing your name, covenant badge, activity, and any organizations you lead. It never shows your password or full wallet address.
The Marketplace and the Directory — Two Different Things
These two pages are easy to confuse, so here's the plain distinction:
/marketplace — Organizations
A public, searchable directory of covenant-signed businesses and ministries. No sign-in required to browse. Each verified organization has its own profile page at /marketplace/<slug>.
/directory — People
A public directory of individual covenant members who've opted in to be visible — showing name, location, bio, and tags. WhatsApp numbers stay private until a connection request is accepted.
To appear in the people directory, go to your Portal Profile and turn on the Community Directory toggle. To connect with someone you find there, use the connect button on /portal/community.
The homepage also shows a live world map of covenant partner organizations by location, and a running community tally: total KNG in circulation, records on chain, and active covenant wallets (the number of members with a connected wallet — not the number of businesses, which can differ if one person owns more than one organization).
Organizations and Businesses
Registering an organization
Any covenant member can self-register a business, ministry, nonprofit, or other Kingdom-aligned entity at /organizations/register. Required: name, type, location, description. Optional: logo, banner, card image, website, phone, WhatsApp.
Verification
The admin team reviews new listings and grants a verified badge once they confirm the organization is real, the listing is accurate, and the owner is a covenant member in good standing. The badge appears on the org's card in the marketplace directory.
A member can own more than one business
One member's portal account can own and manage multiple organizations — each with its own profile, listing, and store. All of a member's organizations appear together on their Portal Profile page under "Organizations," each with its own View Marketplace Listing, Manage Products, and Edit Listing actions. Managing one business never mixes its data with another — each organization's edits, verification status, and store products stay fully separate, even when the same person owns all of them.
Editing your listing
From your Portal Profile, click Edit Listing on any of your organizations to update its name, description, images, contact info, and location. Changes go live immediately on the marketplace — your verified status is not affected by edits.
The Covenant Partner Store
The Store at /store (public) and /portal/store (member) shows digital products and services from verified covenant organizations, priced in KNG. Categories: All, Apparel, Books, Digital, Media, Ministry Resources, Education, Tech, Kids, Home & Atmosphere, Services, Accessories.
Buying
To purchase, you need a portal account with a connected Phantom wallet holding enough KNG. Your KNG balance is shown live once you're signed in — Moses cannot see your balance directly, only what's on your screen.
Selling — submitting and managing products
Only a covenant member with a registered organization can list products, and every product goes through admin review before it appears in the store.
- From your Portal Profile, click Manage Products on the organization you want to sell under
- Click Add a Product and fill in the name, description, KNG price, and (optionally) an image URL, video/preview URL, and delivery URL — the link where the buyer receives the product after purchase
- Submit — the product enters the queue with status pending and does not go live until approved
- Once approved, it appears in both the public and portal store
Each organization's products are managed entirely separately — the Manage Products page for one business never shows another business's listings, even when you own both. Editing an approved product sends it back through review before it's visible again, since the content has changed.
If a business's store is suspended for a policy violation, that suspension applies to that one business only — it does not affect any other organization the same member owns.
The KNG Token
KNG is the Kingdom Collective's own token on the Solana blockchain (an SPL token). It is a utility token, not an investment — within the community, it is earned exclusively through documented stewardship, never purchased from the Kingdom Collective directly.
Token facts
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Blockchain | Solana mainnet |
| Token standard | SPL Token |
| Max supply | 100,000,000,000 (100 billion) |
| Decimals | 6 |
| Purchasable from Kingdom Collective? | No — earned through stewardship only |
| Publicly tradeable? | Yes — Meteora DAMM v2 pool (KNG/SOL), visible on Birdeye, DexScreener, and Jupiter, for visibility and price discovery only |
How KNG is earned
- Welcome reward — 10 KNG on your first Phantom wallet connection (admin-approved)
- Giving Records — documented tithes, offerings, charitable donations
- K-ROI Reports — documented service, mentorship, ministry outreach, community impact
- Contributions — goods, resources, or skills given to Kingdom projects
- Stewardship Projects — leading or organizing community benefit projects
Every submission is reviewed by an admin before any KNG is sent — nothing is awarded automatically, which is what keeps the token tied to real, verified activity rather than self-reported claims.
What KNG can and can't do
Can
Transfer peer-to-peer via Phantom · pay the small documentation fee on record submissions (0.0001 KNG) · trade publicly on Solana DEXes
Cannot
Be redeemed for cash through the platform · earn yield or dividends · be purchased directly from the Kingdom Collective
On-chain transparency
Every KNG distribution from the platform's distribution wallet carries a TKC memo — a structured note recorded permanently on the Solana blockchain explaining the category and reason for that transfer (e.g. a reward, a receipt, a project fund). Anyone can verify any distribution using a Solana blockchain explorer. No distribution can be erased or altered after the fact.
Where the supply goes
| Allocation | Share | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| KC Community Reserve | 60% | Funds ongoing member KNG rewards |
| KC Treasury — Development | 10% | Ecosystem development and partnerships |
| KC Treasury — Reserve | 10% | Long-term generational sustainability |
| KC Founder Vesting | 10% | Founder allocation, 3-year vesting |
| KC Liquidity Reserve | 5% | Seeds the public Meteora pool |
| KC Operations | 5% | Infrastructure, advisors, contributors |
The Prayer Wall
The Prayer Wall at /portal/prayer is a sacred space for genuine prayer requests and spiritual encouragement — not promotional or commercial content. Members can post requests, like and respond to others, mark a prayer as answered, and post prayer stories that expire automatically after 24 hours. The wall is admin-moderated to keep it a space of genuine intercession.
Meet Moses — the KC Assistant
Moses is the chat assistant available on every page of the platform (the floating button in the corner). It's powered by Claude, Anthropic's AI model, and streams its answers back live as it types.
This chat widget is not the same thing as the separate "Moses AI" product linked from the site's navigation bar and described at /moses-ai — a completely different product built by SkirionAI, with different capabilities. This manual and the chat widget both refer only to the KC Assistant, the chat bubble built into this site.
The separate Moses AI download product, in full
Since visitors on /moses-ai naturally ask the chat widget about it, here are the real, confirmed facts — sourced from MOSES_AI_FAQ.html in this repo, verified directly by Kenneth Mattison — so the answer is accurate rather than a deflection.
What it is. A free personal AI companion built by Kenneth Mattison (founder of the Kingdom Collective) through SkirionAI. It runs entirely on the user's own computer — no cloud, no account, no subscription, patent pending. It's not a search engine or a generic chatbot; it remembers the user's name, family, goals, faith, and struggles, and every conversation builds on the last one.
Why it's named Moses. "Moses" means drawn out — he was drawn from the water and spent his life drawing his people out of a broken system. The product's mission mirrors that: drawing people out of the standard model of AI (where a corporation collects and monetizes personal data) into something that's genuinely, permanently theirs.
Eight areas of life
Knowing you, financial growth, spiritual growth, accountability, emotional wellbeing, health, relationships, and legacy — every feature has to serve one of these eight or it doesn't get built.
Nine specialist agents
Research, writing, finance, prayer and reflection, strategy, document summarizing, marketing, coding, and image creation — Prayer and Reflection sits at the same priority level as the rest, not a sidebar feature.
The full Bible, built in
All 66 books, 31,102 verses, available offline. Moses can surface a verse suited to the user's day, but only cites Scripture when asked — it doesn't preach.
Privacy by architecture
Conversations never leave the user's device and are never used to train a corporate model. The only outside connection is an optional, non-tracking search tool the user explicitly triggers.
Built-in rules, not just marketing language. Two are described as literally enforced in the model's core: an Honesty Law (never tells the user what they want to hear if it isn't true, never fabricates what it doesn't know) and a Loyalty Law (serves the one Owner only — never a platform or advertiser). "Free forever, no subscription ever" is one of 17 rules in what's called the Moses Constitution — a founding commitment, not a current pricing decision that could change later.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Cost | Free — one download, no subscription, no trial tier, permanently |
| Internet required? | No — fully offline; an optional private search tool is the only exception, and only if the user asks for it |
| Who can use it | Anyone — built by a Christian with biblical values in the architecture, but not restricted to any faith |
| System requirements | Windows (Mac/Linux in development); 8GB RAM minimum (16GB recommended); ~5GB disk space; any processor from 2017+; a GPU helps but isn't required |
| How to get it | Download button on the /moses-ai page, or directly at skirionai.com/moses-ai-1 |
| Full written FAQ | A longer version of everything above, downloadable and print-friendly, at /moses-ai-faq (linked from the /moses-ai page) |
What Moses (the KC Assistant) honestly can and cannot do
Can
Explain the covenant, KNG, the portal, the store, and anything else in this manual, in plain language, tailored to whatever page you're currently on.
Cannot
See your account, your KNG balance, your order history, or real member counts. It has no memory between messages — each question is answered fresh, without remembering what you asked before.
For anything Moses can't answer — your actual balance, the status of a specific submission, account-specific questions — it will point you to your portal or to contact@thekingdomcollectivelife.com rather than guess.
Page-aware greetings
When you open the chat, Moses greets you knowing which page you're on and tailors what it offers to help with — so the opening message on the Store page is different from the one on the Covenant page, before you've typed a single word. The suggested-question buttons below the greeting are page-specific too, and no two pages on the site suggest the same question. Clicking one only removes that question once Moses finishes answering it — the others stay available to click.
Guardrails
- Messages are capped at 500 characters
- Limited to 20 messages per visitor every 10 minutes
- Instructed to say "I'm not sure" rather than invent an answer
Community Standards and Governance
What every member has committed to
- Honesty in submissions — no inflated or fabricated stewardship claims
- Respect toward every other member
- Kingdom alignment in business practices
- Financial integrity — no fraudulent activity of any kind
How enforcement works
| Situation | Response |
|---|---|
| Minor conduct issue | Admin warning |
| Repeated minor issues | Temporary account freeze |
| Serious covenant violation | Immediate freeze pending review |
| Fraud or criminal activity | Permanent account deletion |
A frozen account can't access the portal until an admin resolves the situation — members can also self-freeze their own account from the Security page if they ever need to lock it themselves.
Who runs the platform
The Kingdom Collective is governed by Kenneth Mattison, the platform owner (super admin). There is no DAO — governance is centralized with the platform owner, who is accountable to the community through the covenant relationship itself. An admin team supports day-to-day moderation and review, with three tiers below the owner: moderator (review queues, member management, org verification), reviewer (approval queues only — for delegating to employees or volunteers without broader access), and support (limited read access).

This is Living Document 10 of 10 for the Kingdom Impact Marketplace project. It is maintained alongside kc_decisions.md, kc_product_vision.md, CLAUDE.md, KC_White_Paper.md, KC_Organizational_Handbook.md, KC_Partner_Overview.html, kc_technical_specification.md, KC_Development_Value_Record.html, and memory/project_kc.md.
Update rule: when the platform changes, this manual is updated first. The knowledge Moses draws from (lib/chat/knowledge-supplement.ts, once built) is updated second, to match this manual exactly. The core system prompt (lib/chat/system-prompt.ts) is only touched if the assistant's guardrails or tone need to change — not for ordinary feature updates.
